Returns
We gladly accept returns on all purchases with either a store credit or exchange within 5 days from delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original packaging, tags, etc. with a copy of the purchase receipt. All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
How do I do a return an item?
Email us at info@serene-gardens.com with the information of the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return. Soon after you will receive an email from us with instructions. If you received a gift from our store website, your gift will be refunded for a store credit.
Damaged items?
We carefully pack and inspect all of our merchandise to insure a safe delivery. If however damage does occur, please contact us immediately via email at info@serene-gardens.com upon receiving the item to arrange for a replacement. USPS and UPS usually require an inspection in the event of damage. Please keep all packing materials and the damaged item until damage assessment is resolved. Please inspect all deliveries carefully upon arrival.
Shipping
We process all of our orders as soon as possible. Items are generally shipped within 1-3 days of ordering. We use UPS ground for our deliveries. Please contact us at info@serene-gardens.com if you would like a faster shipping method other expedited shipping options.
There is Free Shipping on orders over $100 that are shipped to a location within the contiguous United States. Depending on your purchase orders size and weight we will choose the best method of shipping your items.
Cancellations
Once an order is processed and packaged a 20% cancellation fee will be incurred. The charge is effective once an order is processed. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email and the shipment will not be back-ordered unless approved by you, the customer. We aim to give our customers the best possible customer service available.
Tax
New York sales tax will be added to your order if we are shipping within New York State.
